Welcome! My name is Senja and I'm so happy you're here. I am a certified yoga and meditation instructor located in Kelowna, BC, Canada. I would love to share my passion of mindfulness practices with you. 

 

In all my classes I strive to cultivate a safe, relaxing environment where students can feel comfortable challenging themselves. I strongly believe in using yoga and mindfulness as tools for reducing stress and managing anxiety. I hope to see you at one of my classes!

I primarily offer vinyasa flow, power, and slow flow classes. All practices are guaranteed to start with a grounding meditation or breathing exercise and end with a relaxing savasana. Modifications will be offered to make the class accessible to all skill levels!
